The prices contained in the table below include VAT. There are no hidden extra costs such as heating in winter, grooming, bedding and preferred feeding requirements.
 
These prices also include the first £1250.00 of any veterinary treatment that may be needed during their stay with us (pre existing conditions excluded). The prices quoted in first column is the price per dog/cat per day. The prices in the other columns are for two or more dogs/cats from the same family sharing accommodation.

All pets must be fully vaccinated, although we do accept written veterinary proof of current and acceptable titre levels. We do not insist on Kennel Cough vaccination, however if you do vaccinate then you must do so at least 6 weeks before your booking or we may refuse your dog.

When calculating the total costs we include the day of arrival and departure.

Please note: Guests staying longer than 28 days will be given a 10% discount 
  
Any pets on a prescribed veterinary diet will be fed to your requirements, however we require that you supply the diet. If this is not done we reserve the right to charge for any extra costs involved.

A surcharge of one days fee will apply for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. All medication requirements will be fully complied to, free of charge, unless this means veterinary support or off premises treatment.

Please feel free to visit our kennels at any time during opening hours.

We are open 7 days per week from 9am to 6 pm, except Wednesday and Sunday when we close at 12 noon. Our kennels are open 365 days per year, but our office is closed on Bank Holidays.
